If you’ve tried to redeem your promo code, but it doesn't seem to be working, here are a few things to try:
Make sure you're entering the code correctly. For example: try 0 (zero) instead of O (the letter), and I instead of l (lower case L).
If you are pasting the code in the promo code field, try typing it in instead.
Make sure you click/tab "Apply" to see your code applied at the top of the page.
Codes are not redeemable in conjunction with other discounts and promotions.
