If you are unable to login to your membership, here are some tips to help:

Reset your password

If you need to reset your password, you may do this from the login page. For further details on how to reset your password, get more information here. 

Are you a Legacy member on the wrong website?

Legacy members need to log in at https://legacy.tathatagolf.com

Enter email and password correctly

Make sure your email address is typed in correctly, as well as your password with any uppercase letters you may used when creating your password. 

Getting rerouted to the subscription sign-up page?

If you are getting pushed back to the subscription sign-up page after clicking login there are a few things to look at:

  • Verify you have completed the sign-up process completely; did you receive the email verification, then clicked "verify email" and enter/save your password? If you haven't done this step yet, find this email in your inbox and complete your account creation. 

  • Are you in "private" or "incognito" mode in your internet browser? If you are browsing in this mode, our website is unable to recognize who you are and the information you are entering and will be prompted to send you back to the subscription sign-up page to purchase even though you have already done this.
